Ghajini..Biggest Grosser
I first got a chance to listen Ghajini music in tamil and it is instant hit. Later I got a chance to watch it when it was dubbed into telugu by Geetha Arts. The telugu version was also a blockbuster. Allu Aravind, chairman of Geetha Arts just lobbied with Aamir Khan and Murugu Doss by showing the tamil version of Ghajini to Aamir Khan, in turn Geetha Arts got the chance to produce the movie in Hindi. The hindi version was remade with a budget of 45 crores. With Aamir Khan's star value and A R Rahman's music the movie became the biggest grosser in Bollywood and still running packed houses. Till date the gross revenue of this movie is 350 crores. Aamir Khan was only the success factor of this movie. Apart from Aamir, I like the telugu/tamil version better. Even the music in telugu version is better than the one done by Rahman in Hindi. Kudos to Allu Aravind for good business tactics.

Gulal,DevD : worth a watch
This weekend I got a chance to watch DevD and Gulal. Both are written and directed by Anuraag kashyap. DevD is contemporary version of Devdas. It is very interesting and never boring like the original one. Abhay Deol is so different from Dharmendra and his clan. Be it choosing his script or acting, Abhay rocks. Anuraag Kashyap has been different and bold in his themes. He grabbed lot of attention when he wrote award winning screenplay 'Satya'. Coming to Gulal, it deals with politics, youth, friendship, betrayal and revenge. All actors have done good job. Kay Kay as always is awesome.

I News
INews, the new news channel in Andhra Pradesh, looks like grabbed lot of attention with all the viewers. I too watched couple of programs on youtube pre-recorded, looks like they are good. With AP media biased completely one side or other this channel seem to be unbiased with their programs. They are making their programs interesting adding a funny angle to them. You should watch Pincounter series.

Osman Samiuddin: Showing his double standards
Osman Samiuddin is writer for Cricinfo from Pakistan. Couple of months back I read his article And what of Pakistan? on Cricinfo. I thought he was another Pakistani showing his frustration for not seeing any international cricket on his soil. I would have agreed with him about the double standards he quoted about Australia and England if Srilankan team was not targeted and provided proper security. The Srilankan team got a 5 member police team for their security where as India provided one on one commando security for England players. There lies the difference Osman, open your eyes. Pakistan cannot host any international match in near future.
